In the production of vinegar is as follows:

(1) Reasonable use of glacial acetic acid in the production of vinegar instead of barley and starch in raw vinegar can help manufacturers reduce the cost of vinegar production and enhance their market competitiveness.

(2) Adding an appropriate amount of water can directly dissolve into vinegar, and has a stable quality.

In the production of edible fungi as follows:

(1) Treatment of compost. The culture material of edible fungi has been stored for a long time, which will cause some miscellaneous bacteria to grow in the culture material, and it is difficult to eliminate, thus affecting the quality of edible fungi.

(2) It can improve the cultivation efficiency of edible fungi during the cultivation process.

(3) Spray with 0.5% glacial acetic acid and heat fumigation, which can be used for space disinfection to ensure the cultivation quality of edible fungi.
