Effect of anhydrous citric acid on VC content During storage, vitamin C content in all sweet orange juice samples decreased, but the characteristics of each decrease were different. In the comparative experiment, anhydrous citric acid has a certain slowing effect on the decrease of vitamin C. In the newly prepared fresh sample of sweet orange juice, the total bacterial count of the sample containing anhydrous citric acid decreased faster than that of the control sample, and increased with the increase in the concentration of anhydrous citric acid.

Application of anhydrous citric acid in the diet of early weaned piglets a) Reduce the pH value of the diet, decrease the pH value in the stomach, and increase enzyme activity.
