Application

Used as steel surface cleaning agent: if the steel surface needs to be plated, chrome-plated, tin-plated, or nickel-plated for special purposes, such as manufacturing tinplate, galvanized sheet, surface chrome-plated (electricity), etc., the billet surface All need to be strictly cleaned to make the coating and the steel surface firmly combined. At this time, adding sodium gluconate to the cleaning agent will achieve a very ideal effect.

Used as cement admixture: Adding a certain amount of gluconic acid to cement can increase the plasticity and strength of concrete, and has a retarding effect, that is, delaying the initial and final solidification period of concrete, for example, adding 0.15% Gluconic acid can extend the initial setting time of concrete by more than 10 times, that is, extend the plastic time of concrete from hours to days without affecting its fastness.
